Human Capability Infrastructure
We back early-growth founders building solutions for access to work, workforce relevance, and cognitive capability. Senior operators turned investors, we know what founders need beyond capital.
young Europeans are NEET
Eurostat, Statistics on young people neither in employment nor in education or training ↗Three structural shifts are converging: a shrinking labour force, a widening skills mismatch that AI is accelerating, and unequal access to the tools and training needed to keep pace. Left unchecked, they risk creating a two-tier society: those who access opportunity, learn continuously, and think critically, and those who are locked out. Inclusion isn't a market segment. It's a lens we apply across every business we back.
We invest across the full lifecycle of human capability — from workforce entry, to continuous learning, to cognitive independence.
Enable people to access employment with the right skills
More people enter the workforce equipped to succeed
Keep people adaptable and continuously learning
People remain employable & able to progress as work evolves
Preserve the ability to think critically and learn deeply
A broader population retains the ability to think independently

We've built companies and led teams through market shifts ourselves. Every board seat carries decades of real operating experience.
Direct access to MPA partners and our venture partner network, for product, business development, industry expertise, and follow-on capital.
We help you measure and articulate your impact so it becomes an asset with future investors rather than paperwork.
"MPA has been such a support over the years. What a joy having an investor who gives you operational advice when you need it — and who never gets in the way."
"MPA has been instrumental in helping us scale our impact and enter new markets. Their venture partner network is a real differentiator — thanks to them, we're now successfully expanding into Austria."
We back post-revenue companies — typically at €500k+ ARR — that have validated their market and are ready to scale. Not pre-product, not Series B. The founders we back have something real and are figuring out how to make it big.
Yes. Our portfolio is Europe-first, but we're open to founders building with a European footprint or expansion ambition. If your solution addresses the workforce and learning challenges we care about, geography shouldn't stop you from getting in touch.
We focus on workforce access, continuous learning, and cognitive capability — areas where the enterprise buyer is clear and budgets already exist. K-12 tends to sit outside that scope, but if your solution has a strong B2B or B2B2C angle that connects to the world of work, we're happy to hear from you.
We invest at early-growth stage, so pre-seed is typically too early for us to invest. That said, it's never too early to start a conversation. If you're building in our space and want to stay in touch as you grow, reach out — we'd rather know you early than discover you late.
If you're a founder working on human capability infrastructure — workforce access, continuous learning, or cognitive tools — we want to hear from you.
